I am a classically trained ballet dancer, ex-investment banker, MBA and mother of three — and I am passionate about beauty and wellness through the lens of Mindfulness.

  • My Face Massage workshops combines manual & tool-based face massage techniques, including facial acupressure. Learn how to use relax the over 57 muscles of the face & neck and leave with a natural glow!

  • A four week introduction to Mindfulness meditation (Mindfulness 101, Breathing Mindfully, Mindful Eating & Self-compassion)

  • Group Yoga classes thoughtfully sequenced for the modern professional. Though traditionally on a yoga mat, I offer a popular twenty minute version in a conference room, in work attire.
